Can I cancel my order

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, will have to return it before you can receive your refund. 

What happens if I receive the wrong Item?

If there's an issue with your order-- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted-- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund, after you ship the product back to us. However, we will work to give you a replacement if possible.

How long does it take for my order to ship out from your distribution center?

Domestic orders shipped via standard shipping should be delivered within 3-10 business days of order processing (not including Holidays) for the United states. Please allow up to fourteen 14 business days for shipments to us territories and A.P.O and F.P.O addresses

I'd like to ship my order to multiple addresses. what should I do 

If you want to ship to multiple addresses you will have to place each order one at a time. 

Do you ship to a PO box? 

Yes we offer PO box shipping but the price may change depending on the location.

What are your Canadian Shipping rates policies?

The shipping rates are the same as our standard shipping but the product may take longer depending on the location.

How much does 3-4 business day shipping service cost?

Domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping will should be delivered within 3-10 business days of order processing (not including holidays) for the United States.  Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipments to US Territories, and A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

During holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time, but we will make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses or international addresses.  All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Summerville, SC.  

Note:  Orders received after 12:00 pm EST in the distribution system will begin processing the following business day.

How much does 2 business day shipping service cost?

All orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday-Friday with the 2-3 Day Expedited Shipping or Overnight shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified (which could take up to 24 hours) and will be delivered via Fed-Ex.  There is no weekend delivery for expedited shipping. Expedited or overnight service is only available for orders shipping to a street address in the continental U.S., AK and HI. Expedited or overnight service is not available for orders shipping to a PO Box, U.S. Territories, Military addresses and some rural areas.

2-3 day expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $15 and typically arrives 2-3 business days after the order is processed. Overnight shipping is available for a flat rate of $25 and arrives the next business day after the order is processed.

How much does rush service cost? 

Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery selected at checkout.

Based on the level of service requested and proximity to our distribution center in Wisconsin, we may use an alternate method to ship your order.

 On orders shipped faster than 5-6 business days, we will guarantee delivery or reimburse you the additional shipping costs if the order does not arrive in the stated time frame. Weather delays, mechanical delays or other factors beyond our control may impact delivery times and are non-refundable.

PO Boxes
For optimal delivery service, please include both your PO Box number and a physical street address for the shipping address. Orders with only a PO Box in the shipping address can only be sent via USPS and may take up to 12 business days for delivery. If you do not have a physical street address, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Rush Services
Rush orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 1 p.m. (CST) will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders placed after 1 p.m. (CST) will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification.

Rush orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Please allow the delivery time on the selected service for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays.
